Kimberly's current project that she's working on is called The Hero The Villain. It is a NA fantasy duology companion novels, following two siblings, Amar and Myah. They were raised on an island by the Order who believes them to be the reincarnation of two entities that created the Three Provinces. 

Through the first  book, the audience follows Amar, the Hero. He must learn how to survive the wickedness of the Order and the political world of the Three Provinces. All while doing this he is trying to stop the murder plot of his sister.

The second book follows Myah, the Villain, the one who is responsible for the darkness and the plague which is raging through the Provinces. She learns what it means to be the Villain, the reincarnation of Azrael, but also forges her own path. A path of saving those who are damned. Myah and her friends must run, must stay one step ahead of the Order because if they catch them, she will die by their hands.
